Paul Jörg Feldhoff started his career in banking and management consulting. At the age of 27, he founded his first company, from which today’s 3F Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, grew. The group, which focuses on the real estate industry, includes the communications consultancy Feldhoff & Cie., the PropTech investor blackprintpartners and the executive search boutique Stoneset Partners. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he has a strong socio-political commitment. Among other things, he is Vice Chairman of the Association of the Friends of the German Institute for Economic Research in Berlin, a member of the Executive Committee of the ULI Urban Land Institute Germany and a member of Gruner + Jahr’s Capital Junge Elite Program.
