She is responsible for the areas of “Ground Services”, “Personnel Services” and the Executive Board staff units “Human Resources/Executives Domestic/Foreign”, “Diversity, Inclusion, Representation of Severely Disabled Persons”, “Occupational Health and Safety” and “Occupational Medicine” and “Medical Services”.
Ms Kranenberg began her professional career as a lawyer and as a lawyer in various functions for WestLB AG. She joined the Essen-based energy group RWE, where she held various management positions in human resources before moving to innogy SE in 2016 in the course of the split-up of RWE. At innogy, Kranenberg was responsible for the development of 40,000 employees and executives as well as the HR management of top executives across the group as Head of HR Development and Top Executive Management.
In the course of the takeover of innogy by the E.ON Group, Kranenberg made a significant contribution to the HR integration of both companies from April 2018 onwards, before she took over the HR department at Avacon AG in March 2020.
She was also responsible for the areas of purchasing, real estate and environmental safety before becoming Executive Vice President Human Resources & Ground Services/CHRO & COO Ground Handling at Fraport AG in November 2022.
