Dipl.-Ing. Mario Preis was born in Marburg on 2 August 1979. After training as a technical draughtsman, he studied general mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
After gaining initial professional experience as a designer of crystal growing systems at PVA Tepla AG, he joined the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP in 2011. At the subsidiary WMZ GmbH, Mr. Preis initially headed the motor spindle division and was appointed the company’s operational managing director at the beginning of 2014.
Since 2019, Mr. Preis has been the Board Member for Technology and Digitalisation at DVS TECHNOLOGY AG in Dietzenbach, where he is driving the digital transformation of the group.
