Alexander von Millot, 1972, is an experienced manager with a long career at Nestlé. Since 1995, he has worked for Nestlé in various positions in nine different countries, speaking six languages.
In 2006 he took over the position of Business Executive Manager Coffee & Beverages in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Four years later, in 2010, he was appointed Business Executive Manager Confectionery in France. His leadership skills led him to the position of CEO of Nestlé Belgium in 2013. In 2018, he was promoted to Global Head of Confectionery & Ice Cream, where he played a key role in the development and implementation of global strategies.
Since 2023, Alexander von Millot has been the CEO of Nestlé Deutschland S.A., where he uses his extensive experience and expertise to keep the company on track for success and strengthen Nestlé’s position in Germany.
He is married and the father of four children aged 6 to 16.
